FORCH provides travel planning, reservation, advisory, and related services for leisure and corporate clients. Specific terms for a booking (including pricing, payment, refunds, cancellations and supplier rules) are set out in the booking confirmation and any supplier terms that apply.

• All bookings are subject to availability and the applicable supplier terms (airlines, hotels, car rentals, etc.).
• Payment terms and accepted methods are specified at time of booking. Certain bookings may require full prepayment.
• Cancellations, refunds and changes are governed by the supplier conditions and any additional rules set out in your booking confirmation or by your employer for corporate travel.

Prices shown are subject to change until booked and confirmed. Taxes, fees and surcharges imposed by suppliers, airports or governments may apply and are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

• You must provide accurate information for bookings (names as they appear on travel documents, contact details, passport details where required).
• You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, visas, vaccinations and meet any other entry requirements for destinations.
• You must comply with all supplier rules and health & safety requirements. We are not liable for costs, losses or penalties arising from your failure to meet entry or supplier requirements.

FORCH acts as an agent in arranging travel products supplied by third parties. Except where prohibited by law, FORCH and its affiliates exclude or limit liability for loss, damage or injury arising from acts or omissions of suppliers, or from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to delays, cancellations, extreme weather, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, or government actions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to direct losses only and shall not include indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services and suppliers. These links are provided for convenience and we do not control or endorse the content or practices of those sites. Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned or licensed by FORCH and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal use only. Any other use, reproduction or distribution requires our prior written permission.
